Return & Refund Policy 

You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without providing any reason. Once your return request has been submitted, you have an additional 14 days to return the product to us.

In case of a return, we will refund the full amount of your order, including the original shipping costs. Please note that return shipping costs (from you to us) are at your own expense. The estimated return cost is approximately $30 per package, but we recommend checking your carrier’s website for exact rates.

To be eligible for a return, the product must be returned complete, with all accessories, and if possible in its original condition and packaging.

To process your return request, we ask that you include a clear photo of the product. This allows us to verify the condition and handle your request as quickly and smoothly as possible.

We will process your refund within 14 days from the moment we receive your return request.

Refunds for orders of $100 or more
Orders with a total value of $100 or more are generally refunded in the form of store credit, which can be used on any item in our store and does not expire.
This policy applies to high-value orders and is part of our standard return process.
